Comment: CampusNexus CRM (formerly known as Talisma) has been restored by the vendor as of about 10pm on Wednesday, Dec. 25.

Comment: Talisma (CampusNexus CRM) is still unavailable as of 4pm PST on Tuesday, Dec. 24. The vendor, Campus Management, reports that this outage is affecting all customers of the service. They have identified the cause of the outage but are still working to resolve it. We will provide further updates on this issue on Thursday, Dec. 26.

Comment: Talisma (CampusNexus CRM) is currently unavailable. The vendor, Campus Management, reports that this outage is affecting all customers of the service, not just the University of Oregon. Campus Management is currently working on deploying a fix for the issue.

Comment: CampusNexus CRM (Talisma) is currently not sending most email campaign messages. This service outage appears to have started around Sept. 2 and affects all email campaigns to groups larger than 5. This issue has not affected any outgoing email Interactions from Talisma — only campaign messages. Incoming email is also not affected. Staff are working on the issue.

Comment: As of 7:54am today, email has stopped flowing in and out of CampusNexus (Talisma). Staff are engaged with the vendor to determine the issue and restore service.
