Comment: Qualtrics was restored overnight by the vendor. Staff verified that logins were working at 6:05am PST. (Login attempts to Qualtrics began failing around 6:30pm on Feb. 3.)

Comment: Starting at approximately 6:30pm PST on Feb. 3, Qualtrics was unavailable to users due to an error at login. When users attempt to log in, they get the message, "We were unable to validate your request." Qualtrics was addressing the issue overnight, and initial testing this morning at 6:05am PST indicates that the service is working again for at least some users.

Comment: As of 6:50PM PST, Qualtrics was unavailable to users due to an error at login. When users attempt to log in, they get the message, "We were unable to validate your request." Qualtrics has acknowledged the problem and are working to troubleshoot and restore service.

Comment: Emails failed to send for surveys that were launched or shared between Monday, January 7 at 12:00pm and Tuesday, January 8 at 8:45am. The underlying problem has been fixed. Please re-send survey emails as needed.

Comment: Qualtrics is currently unavailable to some or all UO users. People are reporting the following error when they try to load oregon.qualtrics.com: "500 : Internal Server Error. A report is generated with error tag [e444f209]." Qualtrics is aware of this issue and is working on it.

The automatic account creation process isn't working at the moment. Qualtrics is aware of the issue.

Comment: On Saturday, Oct. 31, sometime between 12am and 1am, UO Qualtrics (oregon.qualtrics.com) will be unavailable for 5 minutes while Qualtrics performs scheduled maintenance. During the outage, survey owners will be able to continue collecting anonymous survey responses, via a general link. However, they will not be able to log in or collect unique survey responses, via a personalized link.
