Comment: Heavy network traffic from the Internet has been causing intermittent service outages since 6:10am today (7/13/15). During periods of heavy traffic, if you are off-campus, you won’t be able to reach any service at UO. If you are on-campus, you won’t be able to reach websites off-campus, and UO services will be slow or unavailable. Staff are working to block this network traffic.
