Info

For a small number of UO employees who were still using Webmail, mail flow was accidentally switched to UOmail today (Wednesday, March 1). If you're no longer receiving email in your Webmail inbox, action is required:

  1. Start using UOmail.
    • Your new messages are going to UOmail instead of Webmail.
    • You can check email at uomail.uoregon.edu. Log in with your full UO email address instead of your Duck ID.
    • You can also use the Outlook app or a different mail app. You'll need to update your settings. Visit Getting Started with UOmail.
  2. Save your old emails (optional).
    • If you want to keep your Webmail messages, you'll need to move them by Sunday, May 21.
    • After that, you will lose access to Webmail.

If you need help, please contact the Technology Service Desk.
