Separately, Mac users who use Banner 9 may not see complete webpages. The vendor has confirmed this is an issue. Potential work-arounds to get the data to display are:

• Changing the Tools > Page Layout setting to Expanded
• Setting your monitor to the 1920x1080 resolution, if possible
• Reloading the web page or resizing the window to be smaller sometimes will get the data to show

Around 10:25am today (Tuesday, Jan. 23), we received several reports of 500 errors within Banner. These should no longer be occurring.
