The Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) will be unavailable for at least 37 hours — from Friday, Sept. 8, at 7pm to Sunday, Sept. 10, at 8am — and possibly longer. UO staff will be performing related maintenance. Anyone with an impending password expiration is encouraged to change their password before the work begins.

The Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) will get the following improvements on Thursday, August 31, during the 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. window. No downtime is expected.

• Username field will begin accepting 95#s as well as Duck IDs.
• Field label will be changed accordingly.
• New "Forgot password" link will direct people to their security questions.

On Wednesday, August 16, the Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) will be unavailable 6pm-8pm while the vendor performs maintenance.

• Wednesday, July 12 (10am-12pm): Two hours.
• Friday, July 14 (7pm)–Saturday, July 15 (7am+): At least 12 hours, and possibly longer.
