On Wednesday, Feb. 22, this service, Duck ID Account Management, will be unavailable for the day as Information Services perform an upgrade. For details, see New Duck ID platform will overhaul account management (Around the O).

New students and employees won't be able to claim their Duck ID accounts from Friday, Jan. 6, at 7pm to Sunday, Jan. 8, at 8am while UO staff perform related maintenance.  (That work was rescheduled from an earlier date.)

The maintenance scheduled for Dec. 30-Jan. 1 has been postponed until later in January. We'll announce new dates soon.

Earlier today (Tuesday, Nov. 1), we received reports of a variety of problems with email and accounts, such as missing UOmail calendars or inability to share calendars. As of 4:26pm, those problems should be resolved.
