DuckWeb experienced an unplanned partial outage over the weekend, but it has since been restored. The outage scope was specifically DuckWeb 9, which is recognizable as the areas behind Shibboleth Single Sign-on (SSO) such as the Employee Dashboard Application. Users trying to access these areas were incorrectly seeing a maintenance page. The outage began the evening of Friday, April 4, and was resolved at approximately 7:30am on Monday, April 7.

Information Services staff are investigating reports that some areas of DuckWeb are unavailable for some users. People may incorrectly see a maintenance message instead of the pages they're trying to access.

DuckWeb will be unavailable from Friday, February 7, at 7:00 p.m. to Sunday, February 9, at 10:00 p.m. while UO staff perform maintenance.

DuckWeb will be unavailable from Friday, January 10, at 7:00 p.m. to Saturday, January 11, at 10:00 p.m. while UO staff perform maintenance.
