Information Services staff are investigating a widespread service outage.

Duckweb now completely available.

Duckweb is partially available until 10pm Sunday Night.

Student, Admissions, and Financial Aid tabs should all be available in the legacy Duckweb application.

Some employee functions like the new Employee Dashboard will remain unavailable until 10pm Sunday night, continuing the previously announced downtime.

The maintenance is complete and Duckweb is available as of 9PM May 31.

DuckWeb will be unavailable from Friday, May 30, at 7:00 p.m. to Sunday, June 1, at 10:00 p.m. while UO staff perform maintenance.

DuckWeb experienced an unplanned partial outage over the weekend — from the evening of Friday, April 11, until about 5:45pm on Saturday, April 12. The outage affected only the three newer DuckWeb modules (behind Shibboleth single sign-on): the Employee Dashboard Application, Personal Information Application, and direct deposit module.

DuckWeb experienced an unplanned partial outage over the weekend, but it has since been restored. It was down from the evening of Friday, April 11, until approximately 5:45pm on Saturday, April 12. The outage scope was specifically DuckWeb 9, which is recognizable as the areas of DuckWeb behind Shibboleth Single Sign-on (SSO) such as the Employee Dashboard Application.
