Service Status History

UO's Qualtrics service may be recovering. The Qualtrics Status website reports "dashboard viewing issues in all regions." This is related to the major Amazon Web Services (AWS) service degradation, affecting many web services in the U.S.

Qualtrics will be performing late-night maintenance on the UO Qualtrics service (oregon.qualtrics.com) on Saturday, August 17, from 10:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Surveys won't be affected by the maintenance. Dashboards, result reports, and printed reports will still be available for viewing. However, dashboard editors won't be able to create, modify, or delete dashboards, results reports, or printed reports during the work.

On Tuesday, August 1, from 7:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, UO staff will be performing maintenance on the Qualtrics survey email response feature. Survey responses may be impacted during that time.

On Thursday, Aug. 25, between 10pm and midnight, Qualtrics will experience a 60-minute outage while the vendor performs data center maintenance. 

Logins to Qualtrics were restored by the vendor around noon today (Wednesday, Aug. 17) after an unplanned service interruption.
