The new Cisco voicemail system was unavailable for about three and a half hours today (Thursday, January 19). Service has now been restored. This impacted only people who use the new Cisco utility voice phone system.

Voicemail for the legacy Avaya phone system experienced an extended unplanned outage today (Friday, Oct. 14) from about 6:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Pacific Time. UO staff believe that voicemail messages left during that time have been lost. (Voicemail for Teams calling was unaffected by this outage.)
