The EMS 2022 Q4 Release 222.4 will be applied to our production environment tonight, Wednesday, March 15th from 7pm - 1am PDT. The estimated downtime for this update to be applied should only be 15 minutes. Let Theron Roe (troe@uoregon.edu) know if you have any issues with the update.

The vendor will be performing system maintenance on our EMS cloud environment on December 22 from 6PM - 11PM PT. EMS may be unavailable for periods of time during that window.

EMS will experience downtime on Wednesday, December 7th, from 7pm - 1am PT while the vendor applies quarterly updates to the system. Users may need to launch the EMS desktop client from their Windows start menu (rather than a shortcut or taskbar) to ensure update is applied.

The vendor will be performing system disaster recovery testing on all EMS cloud environments on September 14 from 8 - 11 pm PDT. EMS will be unavailable for periods of time during that window.
