New UOmail users are having problems receiving email. Specifically, some new UOmail mailboxes created since around Wednesday, Feb. 22, aren't receiving email from non-UO email addresses. Those external messages are bouncing. UO staff are working on the issue.

We're receiving reports of a variety of problems with email and accounts, such as missing UOmail calendars or inability to share calendars. Those problems seem to have been unexpectedly caused by some planned maintenance at 7am this morning (Tuesday, Nov. 1). UO staff have initiated the reversal of that maintenance, which they estimate will be completed by 4pm Pacific Time.
