Partially Unavailable | Many people at the UO are currently unable to log in to many services, including UOmail, Teams, and others. UO staff believe that this is related to yesterday's (June 5) maintenance on our Duck ID system. Update: UO staff have now determined that about 6,300 accounts are impacted. Around 9:45am, staff initiated a process to restore service for all remaining affected accounts. After each account is restored, it may still take 15 minutes or longer for Microsoft services to fully restore. |

The UO community may be unable to access Outlook on the web (uomail.uoregon.edu), and may encounter problems using UOmail in various other email programs. Other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, may also be affected. Microsoft is sharing updates through its Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account. |
