Service Status History

Many people at the UO are currently unable to log in to many services, including UOmail, Teams, and others. UO staff believe that this is related to yesterday's (June 5) maintenance on our Duck ID system. UO staff are working to restore access as quickly as possible, and have enlisted help from our Duck ID vendor.

The Mailman email list service will be unavailable Wednesday, June 7, from 5am-7am while UO staff perform maintenance. UO email lists at lists.uoregon.edu will be unavailable during that time. Emails sent to those lists are expected to bounce.

Mailman email list service (lists.uoregon.edu) has been restored after an unplanned outage.

The Mailman email list service is experiencing an unplanned service degradation. UO email lists at lists.uoregon.edu may be temporarily unavailable. UO staff are working on the issue.

The following UO services will be unavailable Tuesday, May 23, from 5am-7am while UO staff perform maintenance:

• UO APIs (application programming interfaces).
• Jira (jira.uoregon.edu).

Any services that use the APIs will also be impacted, including Find People (uoregon.edu/findpeople).

Digital displays (Four Winds): This morning (Tuesday, May 9), many digital displays on the Eugene campus displayed an unintended red emergency alert. That alert should no longer appear on affected displays. If you see it anywhere, please report that outage through the UO Service Portal. UO staff believe the mistaken alert was an unexpected side affect of some planned IT maintenance work this morning.
