Comment: The QuikPay student billing system, which students access through DuckWeb, has been experiencing a service degradation since around 5:30pm on Friday, May 18. It is still accepting payments. However, at the moment, students made need to take extra steps after making a payment. Specifically, if you've made a payment to remove a registration hold, please contact the Cashiers to have your hold removed: https://ba.uoregon.edu/content/student-financial-services-contacts. If you've made a payment to add DuckBucks to your ID card, please contact the Card Office to ensure the DuckBucks are available for your use: https://emu.uoregon.edu/card. Staff are working to restore service.

Comment: QuikPay has been experiencing a service degradation since around 5:30pm on Friday, May 18. Specifically, it is not sending certain notifications about payments. Students who've made payments to resolve holds may be affected. The cashiers are aware of the issue. Staff are working to restore service.
