Comment: Outgoing email messages sent by the UO Service Portal were delayed between about 12pm and 12:30pm today (Thursday, Sept. 14). All delayed messages have now been delivered.

Comment: The vendor behind the UO Service Portal has notified us that outgoing email delivery from the UO Service Portal has been delayed since around 12pm today (Sept. 14). This issue may be linked to an Amazon Web Services outage. Unsent emails will be queued and sent once the issue is resolved.

Comment: Between 9:20am on Tuesday, Aug. 29, and 12:05pm today (Wednesday, Aug. 30), the UO Service Portal (service.uoregon.edu) failed to add about 30 email messages to the corresponding service portal tickets. That is, when someone received a an email notification from the UO Service Portal and replied to it, that reply was not appearing in the ticket. This issue has now been resolved, and all of the failed email replies have been added to their tickets. That is, if someone receives a message from the UO Service Portal and replies to it, that reply is not appearing in the ticket in the service portal. Staff are working on the issue.
