The previously reported issue with Teams Calling has been resolved. Units using Teams Auto Attendants and Call Queues may have been not receiving inbound calls today, Monday, February 3, from approximately 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Units using Teams Auto Attendants and Call Queues may be unable to receive inbound calls. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is working to restore service.

Earlier this morning, Teams Call Queues were unavailable. Callers were receiving a fast busy signal and unable to reach queues. Microsoft has re-routed impacted Teams Call Queue traffic to restore service while they work on the issue, which has resulted in queues being available for calls again. Information Service staff continue to monitor.
