We're receiving reports that some users are unable to access Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot on the web, such as office.uoregon.edu, office.com, m365.cloud.microsoft, and more. Information Services staff are monitoring while Microsoft is working to restore service.

UOmail, Microsoft Office 365, and any other services using the Microsoft login prompt are unavailable. Users are receiving a "504 Gateway Time-out" error when they should see the Duo prompt. Duo is working to resolve the issue, and Information Services staff are monitoring the situation.
