Comment: Level one account indexes in the operating ledger are not populating correctly. There is blank space where the index should display. Staff have developed a fix that they are testing now. If those tests show the fix works, this issue will be resolve tomorrow (Thursday, Sept. 15). Comment: The IDR Cognos system will be upgraded to Cognos version 10.2.1.1 during the February scheduled maintenance weekend. During this weekend downtime, Cognos Connection and the report writing tools will be unavailable. Logins to Cognos will be prevented starting February 7th at 7:00 p.m. through the maintenance weekend of February 8th and 9th. Cognos will be available on Monday, February 10th.
