Criteria for updating the service status:The ability for a user to log in and interact effectively with mail, calendars, and contacts.
Exchange was restored for affected users at 2:30pm on Monday, Nov. 20. Exchange also experienced outages for about 25% of users on Saturday, Nov. 18 between 10:46am and 1:59pm and Sunday, Nov. 19 between 2:11pm and 2:37pm.
