Service Description
Overview
DuckDocs offers electronic forms, automated workflows, document capture (via scanning and other methods), and document retention to various departments within the university. The service is accessible at duckdocs.uoregon.edu
Criteria for updating the service status
The ability for users to log in at duckdocs.uoregon.edu and perform actions in the system.
The Microsoft Azure outage affecting DuckDocs (OnBase) Form data lookups has been resolved. Users may now resume submission and processing of forms that were affected by the outage.
