Overview
- Your Duck ID is your primary UO account and the first part of your UO email address (duckid @ uoregon.edu).
- Access to most UO technology services is associated with your Duck ID.
- The Duck ID Account Management website (duckid.uoregon.edu) is where you change your Duck ID password and otherwise manage your account.
Criteria for updating the service status
- Accessibility of the Duck ID Account Management homepage at duckid.uoregon.edu.
- The ability to perform normal account management activities, such as logging in to claim a Duck ID account, updating Duck ID passwords, and viewing related information.
- Impacts to automated accounts and access provisioning, such as loading new users into the Duck ID service and granting user access to integrated services.
Duck ID Account Management (duckid.uoregon.edu), the website where you reset your Duck ID password, is available again now—just after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21—after today's scheduled maintenance ran much longer than scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience!
