Overview
The Canvas service, https://canvas.uoregon.edu, is the learning management system (LMS) for most UO courses, and includes interfaces from Banner and web logins (Shibboleth). Please report problems or errors in server status information via Canvas Support Services in the UO Service Portal.
Criteria for updating the service status
Canvas is a software service hosted and provided by Instructure.com. Instructure posts general status updates and records incident history at http://status.instructure.com. Students, faculty, and staff can also opt in to receive email, SMS or RSS updates on the availability of Canvas by subscribing to updates at http://status.instructure.com. They can also check on the status of UO's Canvas service specifically at https://statushistory.instructure.com/uoregon.instructure.com.
